All orders are shipped directly from our office in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – India, through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please allow the following estimated delivery times from the date of order confirmation:

• Within India: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier service availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or festive seasons.

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange for an alternative recipient such as a family member, friend, neighbor, or colleague to accept and sign for the package on your behalf.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or via tracking ID with tracking details. This allows you to easily monitor the shipment status of your Montiér men’s watch until it reaches your doorstep.

Every watch is packaged with great care in a premium protective case and secure outer box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our team at Montiér pays close attention to detail to deliver a flawless unboxing experience for every customer.

Montiér is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp
