Montiér does not provide refunds on any purchased items. Due to the nature of our products:

• Opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, and therefore cannot be returned.
• Items with battery operation or any electronic components that are damaged due to neglect or improper usage will not be covered under this policy. 

We offer a 7-day style exchange on eligible products, subject to our terms and conditions.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and undamaged.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all contents intact, including the watch box, manuals, tags, and accessories.

• Exchanges are not available for products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

• Montiér reserves the right to decline any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
• Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
